 Flight

Q. What is the baggage allowance
A. The luggage allowance on a Club 18-30 Holiday is 15kg per person. You do however have the option of increasing this at the time of booking to 20kg per person; alternatively, you can add this on to your booking up until 3 weeks before your departure date.

Q. What time should I check in for my flight?
A. It is recommended that you check in for your flight at least 2 hours before departure.

A. Tickets will usually arrive seven to ten days before you travel. If you have booked within two weeks of your departure date, you will need to pick your tickets up at the airport (This is called a Ticket on Departure).

 General

Q. What is the difference between a package holiday and a late booking?
A. A package holiday is where the flight, accommodation and resort transfer, is bundled together at one price (although additional supplements may apply). Package holidays are normally for a fixed 7 night or 14 night duration. A deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the full balance due twelve weeks prior to departure. If you want to guarantee your chosen destination, holiday dates and price this is the best type of holiday to book. Late holidays are similar to package holidays, except that they are normally booked within eight weeks of departure. The price includes flights and accommodation only (not resort transfer or other supplements) and is driven by demand and availability. Whilst late holidays can be cheaper, if your chosen holiday destination is popular or has little availability, this may not be the case.

 Hotel

Q. What do the different room types mean?
A. Rooms In Hotels, Pensions etc: A "double" is a room with a double bed. A "Twin" is a room with two single beds. A "single" or "Twin for sole use" is a room with one or two single beds. Single rooms are often smaller, may not have a balcony and may not be of the same general standard as normal twin rooms. A 3 or 4 bedded room is usually a twin room with extra bed(s). This can make the room cramped in many cases. The extra bed(s) may be of the folding type so that they can be moved in and out of rooms easily. Studios: A "studio" is one room living-cum-sleeping accommodation, usually with divan/sofa beds, basic kitchen facilities (usually two cooking rings and a fridge) and a shower room. Apartments: An apartment is a self-contained flat with one or more bedrooms with twin/double beds, basic kitchen facilities (usually two cooking rings and fridge) and shower room. One bedroom apartments usually have a separate living area, though in Greece multi-bedroomed apartments may not have a separate living area. Apartment descriptions indicate the number of adults who can occupy an apartment (e.g. 2-4 persons). This will not always mean that at the time of your stay the apartment will contain the maximum number of beds, if there are less than the maximum number of persons in your own party. Beds in the living area may be of the folding type or sofa beds. Please note: not all properties will provide toilet rolls and/or towels throughout the duration of your stay.

 Insurance

Q. Do I need insurance?
A. Your protection is vitally important and we therefore strongly recommend you take out adequate Travel Insurance. You can do this by clicking here.

 Payment

Q. How much deposit must I pay?
A. Normally £130 per person. However, if you book a holiday departing in the next 12 weeks, you will have to pay the full amount at the time of booking. At certain times points during the year a low deposit scheme may also be offered.

Q. What are the cancellation rules and charges?
A. If you give us notice of more than 56 days you will lose your deposit. Any time after this is as follows: 56-29 days 50% of the cost of the holiday. 28-22 days 70% of the cost of the holiday. 21-8 days 90% of the holiday and less than 7 days 100% of the holiday. For scheduled or no frills flights, 100% cancellation charges apply, regardless of notification period.

Q. When is my final balance due date?
A. Final balances are due on your booking 12 weeks before departure, or at the time of booking if less than 12 weeks.
