Pricing Terms and Conditions

The holidays, flights, cruises and prices you may have seen on our website or e-mail, are not live. Although prices and availability are updated very regularly, holidays are subject to availability and prices can change at any time. When you make a search on our website for a specific holiday our website will then check the live availability and price. therefore please allow for changes to occur before your final price is confirmed. Credit card charges may apply. See booking page for full details. Homepage pricing includes all applicable online discounts.

Airline may apply fuel supplements to the price of holidays and travel arrangements due to increases in fuel costs.  Where applicable, these additional charges are included in our advertised prices but will be shown separately on your holiday price summary.

Holidays

'From' prices are in £'s per person. Prices on selected late availability holidays will not usually include transfers unless subject of a special promotion. The rating shown is Club 18-30’s own rating and is intended as a guide for comparison purposes only. If booking within 4 days of travel, in-flight meals are compulsory and a charge will be included in your holiday costing.

Deposits

• Deposits on holidays booked more than 22 weeks from departure are £99 per person.
• The Outstanding Balance of the Holiday, which is equal to the full cost of the holiday minus the Full Deposit, is due 14 weeks prior to departure.

All holidays

When you book an Air Inclusive package holiday or flight which is ATOL protected, you are required to pay £2.50 ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) at the time of booking as protection begins as soon as your booking is confirmed. Some tour operators show the £2.50 APC separately and this is in addition to any advertised deposit amount. The £2.50 charge is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. More APC information.

Flight + Hotel and Hotel Only Holidays

'From' prices are in £'s per person based on return flight with 2 people sharing a room. Prices are inclusive of flight taxes. For certain hotels local taxes may be payable on check out.

'From' prices are in £'s per person, per night based on full occupation. For certain hotels local taxes may be payable on check out.

If you telephone us to make a booking, rather than booking via the club18-30.com website, a booking fee will be charged in respect of the additional administrative costs of handling your call. The applicable fee will be advised on this website and when you call.
