It’s fun, brash and extraordinary. We guarantee you won’t have been to a place like Vegas before. It’s loud, it’s in your face, it’s incredible!

In Nevada’s Mojave Desert, Las Vegas is an oasis playground that offers round-the-clock excitement, partying and eccentricity. You’ll find plenty of the weird and wonderful here.

You might not know, but there’s also a lot of great nature and outdoor activities to enjoy too. You’ll find green meadows, hiking trails, ancient petroglyphs, hot springs, picturesque rock formations and desert bighorn sheep as far as the eye can see.

The beating heart of the city is ‘The Strip’, an eight-mile stretch of luxury hotels, nightclubs and 24 hour casinos that have earned Vegas the nickname ‘Sin City’.

Pool parties

Las Vegas’ pool parties are, well, legendary! These epic events are held throughout the summer and all feature DJ’s banging out the latest tunes around the swimming pool. Huge names include Skrillex, Alesso, Calvin Harris, Tiesto, Martin Garix and Steve Angello, to name but a few.

Here are a few of the best pool parties that you really need to get yourself tickets for:

Marquee Day Club at the Cosmopolitan:
this is one of Vegas’ most sought after daytime party places which attracts celebrities, top-flight DJs and partygoers from all over the world. It’s huge, we’re talking 60,000 square feet of space to get your best dance moves out on. The rooftop patio also has amazing views of the Strip.

Encore Beach Club at the Encore:
one of the biggest and loudest spots on the Strip. It was recently named Las Vegas Dayclub of the year. If you and your mates are feeling flush, hire one of the 26 cabanas where you can chill-out on your own daybed, watch your own flat-screen TV and have drinks from your own fridge while you enjoy the tunes!

Drais Beach Club at The Cromwell hotel:
the Cromwell maybe a smaller and more intimate hotel compared to its Strip brothers and sisters, but the rooftop Drais Beach Club is something pretty special. The tunes bang out and the party goes on all day long.

Wet Republic at the MGM Grand:
if you’re a fan of EDM, you need to get yourself tickets to Wet Republic. Every show is different so you’ll never know what to expect, but if you fancy a day spent dancing with your mates to the likes of Calvin Harris or Tiesto, this is the place to be.

Places to eat

All that partying and exploring the sights is gonna sap some serious energy, so make sure you refuel with some tasty grub. Here’s our pick of the best Vegas eateries.
